Terms & Condition
- Compulsory visit once a year for an eye test to continue the package. Appointment will be set in advance.
- Not all customers are eligible for this promotion. Eligibility will be determined by our optometrists, individuals with very high shortsightedness >-10.00 will not qualify for this promotion.
- Individuals in the B40 bracket are welcome to participate at a special discounted rate, pay a visit to one of our branches near you to apply.
